Faces, Vertices, and Edges
Spatial visualization is sometimes difficult for kids. The best thing to do is to have 3-d versions of cubes, pyramids, prisms, and cylinders in your classroom and switch back and forth from these models to the 2-d versions that kids will need to be able to understand from drawings in their books or online.
